🔎 Powering industry-leading end-to-end visibility and control

Our customer care teams now have real-time, AI-powered shipment insights to handle inquiries faster. Customers in 20+ countries can get quick answers through digital and voice tools – no waiting for an agent required. And we’re building control towers that bring together data, predictive models and connected services to flag and fix disruptions, even across multi-carrier networks

Plus, when we combine AI with RFID sensing, customers get near real-time visibility at the package level. 

📈 Delivering solutions to better serve customers around the globe 

Behind the scenes, we’re using AI to model “what if” scenarios based on real-time inputs – like weather and volume forecasts – so we can see delays coming and get ahead of them. In many cases, UPSers are solving problems before customers ever feel them.

At the same time, we’re building out a digital twin of our network – a digital replica connecting our facilities, every mode of transportation and end-to-end package flows. This means we always know how we’re performing and where we need to adjust.

🌎 Simplifying international shipping

We’re taking the complexity of cross-border logistics off our customers through a winning combo of AI and UPSer expertise. Today, 97% of UPS shipments clear customs on the first day of entry, thanks to our smart tools for product classification, trade documentation and guaranteed landed costs at checkout.
