UPS and Happy Returns are expanding our Return Bar network to 10,000 locations around the U.S. – adding more than 1,700 new sites through UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets (ASOs), like Annex Brands and PackageHub Business Centers.

🛍️🔍⚡ How it works: Happy Returns customers can bring their items to any Return Bar. At drop-off, we’ll scan and verify each item and issue an immediate refund. Easy peasy.
Behind the scenes, our AI-powered Return Vision flags potentially risky returns. Items are then consolidated and move through the UPS network, getting back to retailers in as little as 3.6 days, with an average return cycle of about seven days.
