The numbers are in: For the eighth straight year, UPS is one of the holiday season’s most reliable shippers. According to the latest ShipMatrix report, our customers enjoyed industry-leading on-time service, coming in at 98.9% during Cyber Week 2025 and 97.2% for the month of December.
