  • RFID tracking at The UPS Store: By the end of 2025, all 5,500 The UPS Store locations will feature RFID technology – exclusive UPS sensing tech that gives shippers enhanced visibility from drop-off to delivery.
  • More e-commerce connections: Over 200 leading shipping platforms – like Shopify, Wix, Shippo and more – now offer UPS services. That means small and medium-sized businesses can access our services where they already are.
  • Smarter logistics: With automation and AI-driven planning and upgrades, we can predict demand and prevent disruptions for the holidays and beyond. New automated hubs in Georgia and Texas are up and running as part of our Network of the Future initiative – our largest network reconfiguration.

And what about after the big day? Nearly 8,000 locations across North America now offer no-box, no-label drop-offs with UPS company Happy Returns – meaning those post-holiday returns are easier than ever.
