UPS and Teamsters Local 2727, representing the company’s aircraft maintenance technicians and related trades, have reached a tentative agreement on a three-year contract extension. The proposed agreement includes pay enhancements that recognize the important contributions of our employees and support the safe, reliable service our customers depend on.
Upon ratification, the extension would take effect immediately and continue through Nov. 1, 2029. Teamsters Local 2727 will vote on the tentative agreement in the coming weeks, with results to be announced on June 30, 2026.
