This story celebrates People Powering Growth – UPSers around the world who are helping our business grow by putting customers first, leading with our values and driving innovation.

Ahead of a major sales event, Singapore-based exporter Well Done Solutions realized they were going to need help packing and shipping a surge of orders. So they turned to UPS.

Building on a strong foundation: We already handled small package shipments for Well Done Solutions. But this sudden increase required more support, including warehousing, order fulfillment and delivery. Because we already knew the customer’s business, we could move quickly and bring the right UPS solutions together.

“Our customers are always looking to grow,” said UPS Account Executive Cindy Chong. “And when demand spikes, we’ve got the end-to-end logistics network to help them move quickly.”

Creating a solution – fast: With no time to spare, UPS teams in Singapore stood up a temporary warehouse equipped with everything from staffing to shelving – a process that can sometimes take months. The mission: turn bulk inventory into thousands of individual shipments as quickly as possible. And we delivered. Within just 48 hours, our pop-up warehouse was sending packages to U.S.-based shoppers.

Infographic highlights rapid fulfillment capabilities with three illustrated panels. The left panel shows stacked boxes and text indicating approximately 10K U.S. orders shipped. The center panel features a warehouse icon with text stating less than 24-hour pop-up warehouse launch. The right panel displays stacked pallets with a checkmark and text describing 48-hour fulfillment turnaround. Overall design uses simple brown line art on a light background to emphasize speed and efficiency.

The advantage of an end-to-end network: Because we managed both the warehouse operations and the global delivery network, inventory flowed seamlessly from receiving to processing to shipping without the need to transfer between multiple providers.

This end-to-end approach – connecting fulfillment and transportation within a single network – helps reduce complexity, increase speed and improve reliability, especially during high-demand moments.

“UPS helped us get through one of the most challenging business environments we’ve faced in recent years,” said Rennis Lau, director of Well Done Solutions. “We needed a partner we could trust, one that delivers not just packages, but reliability, solutions and peace of mind. That’s exactly what they gave us.”
