What’s new?

As every year, UPS France has published its Gender Equality Index, a calculation of gender pay gaps, which is required and governed by the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future Act of 25 ذو الحجة 1439.

كيف يعمل؟

The calculation of the index is fixed by decree so that it is neutral and does not depend on subjective interpretation. It is based on 5 indicators:

  1. Gender pay gap at a comparable position and age
  2. Distribution deviation of individual increases
  3. Distribution deviation of promotions
  4. عدد الموظفين الذين يحصلون على زيادة في الراتب عند عودتهم من إجازة الأمومة
  5. التكافؤ بين أعلى 10 رواتب

Result :

UPS France scored an excellent 89/100, keeping its score from last year.
