Nando Cesarone

EVP & Chief Global Operations Officer

Nando Cesarone serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer at UPS. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Nando is responsible for advancing UPS's global operational excellence, network transformation and service reliability. He oversees the company's global air network and gateways, surface transportation, building and engineering operations, Intelligent Network of the Future initiatives, automotive operations and sustainability functions.

Previously, Nando served as President, U.S., overseeing UPS's U.S. business operations and growth strategy. Before that, he was President of U.S. Operations. Earlier in his career, Nando led UPS International, with responsibility for operations in more than 200 countries and territories, and UPS Europe, where he delivered record performance while advancing investments in the region's network, technology and infrastructure.

Before leading UPS Europe, Nando served as President of the Asia Pacific region. There, he expanded UPS's presence in key emerging markets and China, accelerated transit times across critical intra-Asia trade lanes and launched new products.

Nando started his career at UPS as a preloader in 1990 through the company's tuition reimbursement program while attending York University and later became a package car driver. He earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School.
