In our Q3 2026 earnings announcement, UPS CEO Carol Tomé highlighted revenue growth across all segments and operating profit growth in the U.S. and International.

To build on that momentum, our new global operating structure enables enterprise-wide decision making, unlocking synergies across our business and accelerating growth opportunities in complex logistics.

“I want to thank all UPSers for their unwavering commitment to our customers and for delivering another quarter of strong performance,” said Carol Tomé, UPS CEO.

On the earnings call, Carol shared how UPS will continue to compete and win as we look to Q4 and beyond:

“It takes courage to pivot when the path you’ve been on is familiar. It takes courage to make difficult choices when you know there will be pain along the way. And it takes conviction to stay the course before the results are fully visible. We’ve experienced all of that.”

“But now, we’re seeing the strategy come to life. We’re seeing the proof points in our business, and we’re proving something we believed in from the beginning: better is truly better than bigger.”
