What’s new: Our first-ever mobile store in Bali is making shipping a lot more convenient for small businesses on the Indonesian island. Now even more customers can enjoy the benefits of our trusted shipping expertise.

“Our work in Bali perfectly captures our global mindset. We're committed to helping small businesses reach customers anywhere in the world,” said UPS Indonesia General Manager Maya Sarininta.

Pack up the van: With a little local help from The TGI Store, we transformed a delivery van into a fully functioning store – on wheels. The van pulls up to the market or park, opens its side panel, and gets to work – shipping everything from local jewelry, clothing, cosmetics, art and more. It’s a convenient option for local small businesses.

Faster from APAC: With our intra-Asia flight route, customers across Indonesia can now complete deliveries to the U.S. in as little as two business days. This route is one step in our bigger plan to build up our Asia Pacific network, connecting small businesses to customers around the world.

Did you know? Small and micro-sized businesses that offer products in multiple countries see revenue grow faster. In fact, 63% of these businesses reported revenue growth of 5% or more in 2022.

From Dublin to Delhi, Seattle to Seoul, and Mumbai to Mexico City, UPS helps businesses of all sizes reach their customers – wherever they may be. The mobile UPS store in Bali is just one innovative way we're helping small businesses. But there’s so much more! Check out these stories:
