UPS maintaining guarantees on Next Day Air packages throughout peak season

UPS announced Nov. 28 that it will maintain its Guaranteed Service Refund throughout peak season for all Next Day Air shipments. If a customer ships a package expecting Next Day service, they’ll receive Next Day service. The guarantee for all Worldwide Express shipments also continues to apply during peak season.

UPS offers the most reliable service during peak season, leading the industry in on-time delivery for four years in a row. In 2021, more than 96% of UPS packages were delivered on time every week during peak season from Nov. 28 to Dec. 24.
