Today marks one year since the loss of Flight 2976. We’re pausing to remember those we lost, the lives they lived and the many people they touched. Their absence continues to be felt deeply across UPS, throughout Louisville, Kentucky, and within our airline.

They remain in our hearts and in the life of our company.

Over the past year, UPSers around the world have shown extraordinary strength, compassion and resilience. They stood beside those who were grieving and cared for one another when it mattered most.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported the families, loved ones, colleagues and communities affected. Your kindness and continued care have meant more than words can express.

The people we lost continue to influence and inspire us. We honor them through our commitment to look out for one another and lead with compassion.

Our crew and the 12 members of the Louisville community left a lasting impression on all who knew them and on the communities they were part of. Their legacy will continue to be felt for years to come.

We will carry their memory forward in how we care for one another. They will always be remembered. They will never be forgotten.
