UPS France confirms last year’s results in terms of gender equality

The 2025 Gender Equality index

What’s new?

As every year, UPS France has published its Gender Equality Index, a calculation of gender pay gaps, which is required and governed by the Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future Act of September 5, 2018.

How does it work?

The calculation of the index is fixed by decree so that it is neutral and does not depend on subjective interpretation. It is based on 5 indicators:

  1. Gender pay gap at a comparable position and age
  2. Distribution deviation of individual increases
  3. Distribution deviation of promotions
  4. Number of employees who get a salary increase upon their return from maternity leave
  5. Parity among the 10 highest salaries

Result :

UPS France scored an excellent 89/100, keeping its score from last year.
