Nicole "Nikki" Clifton

President, Social Impact and The UPS Foundation

Nikki Clifton is a purpose-driven leader who transforms social impact into business value. As the President of The UPS Foundation, she oversees the company's global philanthropy and international community affairs, leveraging UPS's trusted logistics network to build more resilient, safe, and healthy communities while advancing core business priorities.

With nearly three decades of experience in law, government affairs, and philanthropy, Nikki is positioned at the intersection of people, performance, and community. She has redefined The UPS Foundation's role as a vital business asset by aligning enterprise goals with initiatives that support global employee engagement, workforce development, cultural and reputation management, and global market relevance.

Under her leadership, The UPS Foundation has mobilized humanitarian aid to crisis-affected regions, advanced health equity impacting over 500 million lives, volunteered more than 28 million hours in communities worldwide, combated human trafficking in transportation networks, and promoted sustainability initiatives through public-private partnerships.

Before her current role, Nikki served as Vice President of Global Public Affairs at UPS, where she led legislative advocacy and stakeholder engagement on workforce policy, regulated goods, and labor relations. She built bipartisan coalitions and expertly navigated complex regulatory environments. Prior to her work in government affairs, she was Labor & Employment Counsel at UPS, where she served on the UPS National Negotiating Committee and supported contract negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, also developing the UPS Labor Negotiations School. Her legal career includes leadership roles at Delta Air Lines and various private law firms in Atlanta.

Nikki is deeply committed to mentoring and creating equitable access to opportunities. She is active in multiple community and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Points of Light and the Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital. She is also a member of the ELC, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is an inaugural National 4-H Luminary. Her TED Talk on corporate leadership in anti-human trafficking has received over 1.5 million views.

Nikki earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude in communications from Howard University and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Nikki and her husband, Robert, have four children and a Goldendoodle.
