Wilfredo Ramos

EVP & Chief International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions Officer

Wilfredo Ramos serves as Executive Vice President and Chief International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions Officer at UPS. A member of the company's Executive Leadership Team, Wilfredo oversees all of the company's business operations outside of U.S. small package. He is responsible for international small package operations and functions as well as global healthcare and global supply chain solutions.

Most recently, Wilfredo served as Region Manager of UPS's Asia Pacific (APAC) Region and President of Global Brokerage, where he led the region's strategy, operations and commercial activities across the company's Small Package and Supply Chain Solutions businesses. He also oversaw the processes and systems that enable the efficient movement of millions of packages through customs and across borders each day.

Wilfredo joined UPS in 2003 as a Region Tax Manager in Miami, supporting UPS operations across Latin America. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operations and international markets, including Senior Director of APAC Emerging Markets, Managing Director of UPS Spain and Portugal, President of UPS Latin America and Region Manager of the Americas Region, Global Brokerage, Customer Solutions and Global Revenue Operations.

Wilfredo holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey. He has also completed executive education programs at Emory University, the McKinsey Academy, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard University.
