The newly ratified agreement recognizes the dedication and contributions of UPS Canada’s workforce, while providing the flexibility needed to remain competitive in a dynamic market. It ensures that UPS continues to deliver the reliable, high-quality service that customers expect, while investing in the people who make it possible.
“For 50 years, UPS Canada has been a symbol of reliability and opportunity for our customers and employees,” said Sean Griffin, President of UPS Canada. "We are happy to offer stability to the Canadian market in these times of uncertainty. This new agreement rewards our team members for their vital role in our success and positions us to continue growing, innovating and serving our communities with excellence."
