UPS (NYSE: UPS) announced today that it has been ranked by Germany’s WirtschaftsWoche business magazine as the Best SME Service Provider 2020 for package delivery based on positive customer reviews from SMEs. UPS took the top spot among seven delivery service providers, underlining the value the company’s smart global logistics network provides to small and medium-sized businesses looking for a growth enabler.

WirtschaftsWoche commissioned ServiceValue to rank the best SME service providers, examining 376 service providers from 34 sectors. From November 2019 to January 2020, 9,589 decision-makers, buyers and service users in SMEs were surveyed, resulting in 25,768 customer reviews. On a scale of 0 to 100, UPS achieved a score of 70.8, which compares with a sector average of 65.2, with respondents especially satisfied with product and service quality and customer care.
