As Chief Executive Officer of UPS since 2020, and a member of the Board since 2003, Carol B. Tomé leads the world’s premier package delivery and global supply chain management solutions company, and its team of approximately 490,000 UPSers. She is the architect of UPS’s Customer First, People Led, Innovation Driven strategy and is positioning UPS to be the premium small package provider and complex logistics partner for customers in more than 200 countries and territories.
President, Global Media Relations and Reputation Management, UPS
Malcolm leads the teams responsible for UPS’s crisis and issues management, healthcare, public policy, and financial communications. He is also responsible for a team of storytellers throughout the company’s global operations who help drive UPS’s reputation and brand relevance. Malcolm began his UPS career in 1998 in the company’s public relations department. Throughout his UPS career, Malcolm has held strategic communications positions of increasing responsibility in public relations, employee communications, public affairs, UPS Airlines and The UPS Foundation.
President, The UPS Store
Sarah leads strategy, in-store customer experience, and culture for The UPS Store, guiding initiatives that strengthen brand performance and operational excellence. Before joining the company in 2021, she served as Vice President of Stores at Crate and Barrel, advancing omni-channel and store fulfillment capabilities. She has also held leadership roles with J.Crew and Club Monaco (Polo Ralph Lauren) and brings experience in warehousing, distribution, and customer service for retail organizations.
President, Social Impact and The UPS Foundation, UPS
Nikki Clifton is a purpose-driven leader who transforms social impact into business value. As the President of The UPS Foundation, she oversees the company’s global philanthropy and international community affairs, leveraging UPS’s trusted logistics network to build more resilient, safe, and healthy communities while advancing core business priorities. With nearly three decades of experience in law, government affairs, and philanthropy, Nikki is positioned at the intersection of people, performance, and community.
Georgia District Director, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
Terri oversees the implementation of SBA financial, counseling, training, and business development programs for small businesses across Georgia. She began her SBA career in 1987 as a Presidential Management Intern in the Agency’s Washington, D.C., offices and has since held leadership roles including Deputy District Director in Indiana and Acting District Director in Wisconsin. Terri brings extensive experience across SBA initiatives, including Minority Enterprise Development, One Stop Capital Shop programs, and the Office of Field Operations.

David is a focused and profit-driven supply chain professional with over 30 years of distribution and ecommerce fulfillment experience, and a track record of increasing productivity and volume while reducing costs. A visionary and strategic thinker known for leading high performing teams, David is highly skilled in executing infrastructure optimization and continuous improvement programs. Previously, as the VP of Global Supply Chain Operations Management for Carter’s/ OSHKOSH, David successfully led the development and implementation of global supply chain strategy to support enterprise goals.
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, UPS
Darrell serves as Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for UPS and Chairman of The UPS Foundation. As a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, he leads UPS’s people strategy, transforming the employee experience for approximately 490,000 UPSers around the world. Under his leadership, UPS’s HR team has adopted state-of-the- art technologies such as artificial intelligence to improve the candidate and employee experience, as well as overall organizational efficiency. As Chair of The UPS Foundation, Darrell leads the company’s philanthropic arm focused on delivering health and humanitarian aid, eliminating systemic barriers to economic opportunity, building local community engagement and advancing sustainability around the world.

Dr. Hallmon is a social entrepreneur, civic leader, and author of No One Is Self-Made, dedicated to advancing Black economic power. She has built platforms that have supported nearly 1,500 Black-owned businesses, facilitated over $10 million in direct sales, and provided more than $1 million in grants and technical assistance. Her work has been featured on Good Morning America, The Tamron Hall Show, CNN, The Today Show, and The Breakfast Club, as well as in Forbes, Essence, and Black Enterprise.
Owner and CEO, Glory Haus
Molly is the founder, CEO, and creative lead of Glory Haus, a Marietta, Georgia–based home décor company known for inspirational products sold nationwide. With a background in interior design, she oversees the brand’s creative direction and global sourcing while advancing its mission as a purpose- driven business. Molly partners with local and international organizations to empower women through fair wages and job opportunities, co-founded GRACEPOINT School for dyslexia remediation, and is developing a tiny home village to support displaced families.
President, SMB Sales – West Region, UPS
Jim leads the execution of UPS’s SMB sales strategy, delivering solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the West Region. He began his career in 1992 as a district sales account executive in Chicago and held multiple sales and marketing roles, including leadership positions in Enterprise and Global Sales, corporate marketing, and international sales. Jim has overseen projects to transform sales organizations, develop customer technology solutions, and manage teams across industry sectors.
President and CEO, Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC)
Katie leads the Metro Atlanta Chamber, representing businesses, colleges and universities, and nonprofits across the 29-county Metro Atlanta region. She oversees initiatives to attract and retain businesses, foster a business-friendly climate, and positions the region as a top place to work and live. With more than 17 years at MAC, Katie has driven purpose-driven impact, including reimagining Downtown Atlanta and implementing a strategic framework focused on economy, talent, and community.
President, U.S. Marketing, UPS
Kate leads UPS’s product strategy, pricing, performance marketing, and revenue enablement initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and drive business growth. She previously served as EVP of Commercial Strategy & Operations at NCR, where she accelerated the company’s as-a-service strategy and led its separation into two independent public companies. Earlier, she was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, helping retail clients transform into multichannel enterprises. Kate has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 Award for her leadership in marketing and community impact.
President, Merchant Services – U.S., American Express
Colleen is President of U.S. Merchant Services at American Express, leading the team that acquires and manages relationships with millions of merchants nationwide. She oversees merchant satisfaction, negotiates pricing, and manages portfolio risk while driving growth in the payments industry. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, merchant, and B2B sectors, Colleen leverages her deep expertise to deliver results and expand opportunities.
CEO, Accion Opportunity Fund
Luz leads Accion Opportunity Fund, the nation’s top nonprofit small business lender, providing access to capital, educational resources, coaching, and networks to help small businesses thrive. She previously served as CEO of Dollar Financial Group for the Americas, VP of Retail Sales and Services at Oportun, and founded El Banco de Nuestra Comunidad, a community bank serving underbanked Latino consumers and small businesses. Luz serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and the Community Advisory Council for the San Francisco Federal Reserve and has received numerous honors, including Forbes’ 50 over 50 and the Latino Leadership Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
Vice President, Digital Marketing and Brand Activation, UPS
Betsy leads UPS’s global advertising, digital performance marketing, brand activations, sports marketing, entertainment partnerships, brand identity, and licensing initiatives. She joined UPS in 2003 after eight years in advertising agencies including BBDO, JWT, and Fitzco, and has held leadership roles in brand management, global advertising, sports marketing, email marketing, and sustainability communications.

Sydney and Mikayla are college sorority sisters and entrepreneurs reintroducing a classic beverage with style, convenience, and community. With over 10 years of social media marketing experience between them, they are disrupting a predominantly male beverage industry and building Just Call Me Shirley into a thriving brand.
