What’s new: We’ve entered into an agreement to acquire Estafeta, a leading Mexican express delivery company. This exciting move is a key part of our ‘Better and Bolder’ strategy as we aim to become the #1 premium international small package and logistics provider.

Why it matters: This deal helps businesses of all sizes in Mexico and beyond take advantage of Mexico’s manufacturing boom, shifting global supply chains, and growing North American trade.

As the shift to nearshoring continues, the combination of UPS and Estafeta will give customers in Mexico unprecedented access to global markets with seamless service and greater efficiency.

All-in-one solutions: When the two companies are combined, customers can rely on UPS’s integrated solutions that link small package, healthcare logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions, creating a differentiated ‘One UPS’ advantage.

We are targeting to close this acquisition by the end of this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
