What’s new: Tributo is a custom shapewear garment maker and exporter who made a big splash at NYC’s Pride Parade. To help promote the brand, some of their loyal customers marched wearing custom-made fajas (or girdles) representing each color of the pride flag, showing the world that people and beauty come in all shapes and colors.

Why it matters: Founder and owner Viviana Millán’s mission is to empower self-confidence. Her faja started as a product for post-surgery recovery and is now a bold fashion statement. In a world where people obsess over how they look, Tributo helps their customers shape their bodies and feel good in their own skin.

“One faja has the power to transform and give confidence to people who didn’t have it before and UPS has helped us connect to our customers,” said Viviana.

Proud ally: As a strong LGBTQ+ community supporter, Tributo believes “that beauty is diverse and inclusive or nothing at all.”

Finding the right partner: Tributo counted on UPS to get their fajas from production in Colombia to NYC on time for the parade.

“We want to work with companies that align with our values,” said Viviana. “That’s why we like UPS - because we know that diversity and inclusion are part of their DNA.”

Delivering what matters: Small businesses are vital to their local communities and UPS has tailor-made solutions to help them grow.
