McLarens, an insurance adjuster, is handling claims on behalf of UPS for damages sustained as a result of the aircraft accident at UPS Worldport on November 4, 2025. To submit a claim, please email UPS2976@mclarens.com. Please provide your name, address, phone number, email address and a description of the damage sustained (bodily injury, property damage, etc.). If you are able, please also include, as attachments to your email, photographs of property damage, medical bills, and other documents supporting your claim.
Once the claim is submitted, McLarens will review and contact you to provide you with a claim number. McLarens may also request additional information and documentation to assist their review and reach a decision on your claim.
