Ann M. Livermore

Former Executive Vice President, Hewlett-Packard Company

Ann Livermore was previously Executive Vice President of the HP Enterprise Business, and led HP’s Technology Solutions Group, which encompasses enterprise storage and systems, software, services, and sales. The products and services from this organization serve Enterprise and Public Sector customers. She retired as an executive of the Hewlett-Packard Company in 2011.

She was involved with HP's enterprise customers for more than two decades, building customer relationships and IT services capabilities that became a significant HP competitive differentiator. Ann joined HP in 1982 and held a variety of management positions in marketing, sales, research and development, and business management before being elected a corporate vice president in 1995.

Ann is currently a director of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, and also serves on the board of Qualcomm Incorporated.

Ann joined the UPS Board of Directors in 1997, serves as Chairperson of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, and is a member of the Risk Committee.

Born in Greensboro, N.C., Ann holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University.
