Eve Liu is a lifestyle illustrator and product designer with a unique perspective. A perspective that pairs well with a new project that means a lot to her.

“I have always felt the support of UPS for our small business owners so it’s an honor to work with such a project,” Eve said.

During October, UPS is partnering with Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) small and medium-sized businesses. This includes UPS commissioned artwork highlighting the contributions and culture of the AAPI community.

Described as modern yet traditional, the artwork titled “Different Cultures, Same Drive” is inspired by colors found in Asian landscapes, with each panel representing a different story and culture in the AAPI community. The work will appear on a limited-edition UPS Express Box and The UPS Store Express Envelopes.

”I think tradition is very important … especially in an immigrant country (like the U.S.),” said Eve, describing the themes within her work. “The hedge between modern trends and traditional industries often surprises me. I was trying to encompass the nuances between Asian and Asian American cultures while recognizing both communities are skilled, persistent and proud.”

Proudly Unstoppable is an extension of UPS’s Be Unstoppable campaign.
